We are pleased to welcome Andrew Rein as IBO's new Associate Director. Mr. Rein's work will include research on a variety of issues, coordinating intergovernmental aid, and press and intergovernmental relations. Prior to coming to IBO, he worked for six years at the Citizens Budget Commission (CBC), where most recently he was the Associate Research Director. At the CBC, Mr. Rein's research focused on New York City and New York State finances, the performance of the NYC Board of Education, and strategies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of state and city service delivery.
